Yes. Stalford Academy is a private education institution registered with the Committee for Private Education (CPE), which is part of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). We strictly adhere to the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF), ensuring we meet all legislative obligations and minimum standards required to operate in Singapore.

Q4. What happens if I need to withdraw from the course? Is there a refund?

We understand that circumstances can change. We have a transparent Refund Policy in place that aligns with the standard Student Contract. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for specific terms, conditions, and deadlines regarding withdrawals.

Q5. If my child misses a day, are there make-up lessons?

As a full-time academic school rather than a tuition centre, our curriculum progresses daily. Therefore, we do not offer one-on-one make-up lessons for absenteeism.

However, we are committed to your child's success. Our teachers and Teaching Assistants will ensure your child receives the necessary homework and guidance to catch up on missed content during school hours.
