At Stalford Academy, our faculty is the cornerstone of our Proven Teachers, Proven Methods, Proven Results strategy. We maintain a stringent selection process to ensure that highly qualified educators are engaged to coach our students.
Our academic team includes published authors of textbooks and assessment books, as well as former educators with years of experience in local Primary and Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges. Their deep understanding of both Cambridge and Singapore pedagogies ensures our students achieve their academic goals.
Instruction for our English-medium curriculum is delivered by qualified native English-speaking educators. Similarly, our Chinese, Malay, and Hindi programs are taught by native speakers of each language to ensure linguistic and cultural authenticity.
We prioritise personalised attention through controlled class sizes. Our average teacher-to-student ratio is 1:15 , with a maximum of 1:25 for standard classes. For specialised ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level courses, we maintain an optimal ratio of 1:40 to facilitate intensive learning.
All Stalford Academy teachers are registered with the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
